Lånke was approved for the European Championship for Rallycross drivers for the first time in 2011 and is one of the best tracks in the championship considering safety, but also an exciting and interesting track. The track is nicely placed at the hills, with a fantastic view to the landscape around and also very good view for the spectators to the track.
Only 400 meters from Lånkebanen we can offer a camping with very good sanitary facilities.
3 camping areas: Hell Street for “party guests”, quiet area for “sleepers” and one area for marshals.
We can also offer nice VIP facilities.
The village of Hell is situated in Stjørdal Municipality, 30 km northeast of City Trondheim. Stone Age rock carvings prove that Hell was populated 5000 years ago.
Population today is approx. 3000.
The Hell area has several businesses; Rica Hell Hotel, Radisson Blu Hotel Trondheim Airport, grocery shop, Hell Grill, post service, petrol stations, Hell Shopping Centre etc. The most famous feature is Hell railway station and, of course, the sign (in Norwegian) stating "Gods Expedition". One of Norway’s best salmon rivers, the Stjørdal River, has its delta at Hell. The most popular well known event is “Blues in Hell”; www.bluesinhell.no,
